The Francophile Cocktail Dinner Experience: An Official Tales Spirited Dinner

We’ll look back at some of the most important historical and anecdotal stories and lures that surround France, while enjoying the amazing food from Chef Matt Siliati. Libations will be curated and served by the dynamic duo that is Jonathan Pogash, founder and owner of The Cocktail Guru, and Star Hodgson, Cafe Amelie Managing Partner, rockstar mixologist, and dear friend of The Guru Team.

While you dine, you may relax and endulge to the sounds of our live jazz trio.

To begin the experience, an Aperitif cocktail will be served, followed by a four-course menu, each paired with a different unique drink.

Note: the dinner will be held indoors.

Fresh gulf oyster with watermelon mignonette-lemon, cucumber brunoise, red onion, black pepper, house made hot sauce

Course 1: Sweet potato pepperpot

Course 2: Shrimp and Grits- corn and andouille maque choux, old mill stone ground grits, Cajun spiced shrimp

Course 3: Petite hanger steak- papas bravas, salsa verde

Course 4: Lemon ricotta cake- house made ricotta, peach coulis, fresh blue berries
