The policies listed below are in place to ensure that all of our guests receive the most hospitable and efficient service that we can provide.
Reservations are recommended, but we are happy to welcome walk-in guests and will accommodate whenever possible.
For reservations of 6 or more in your party, please email your inquiry directly to email@example.com.
We want you to join us at Cafe Amelie, however, your request is not a reservation until confirmed. When you’re all set, we will email you a confirmation via email and/or Resy.
Parties 6 or more may be required to give a credit card number upon confirmation. Please keep us informed if/as your group size changes.
For large parites we cannot guarantee your party will be sat at the same table, due to our space, however, we will keep your party in the same area at close range tables.
Plan to have every member of your party at the restaurant for your scheduled reservation. We cannot seat you until your entire party has arrived.
Please call 504.412.8065 to let us know if you are running late and we will do our best to hold the table.
24 hours notice for cancellations of parties of 5 or less.
48 hours notice for cancellations of parties of 6 or more.
A cancellation fee may be applied if notice is not given within the above specificed timeframe for your party size.
We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests.
Café Amelie has a Zero Tolerance Harassment Policy. Please treat our staff with respect so that we can serve you with courtesy and kindness.
